Mercedes-Benz’s newest class of high-end sports cars has arrived in the US, and for the first time, the class is called the Rogue Family.
The car’s name is a nod to the car’s heritage as a brand of European luxury that originated in Germany, where it was created in the 1920s and became one of the first brands to embrace the American-made “roadster” theme.
Mercedes-Battista, the company that designed and built the cars, calls the family the Rogue family and its main feature, the “Mercedes” badge, a nod not only to its heritage but also to the name of its parent company.
The Rogue Family’s interior is designed to resemble the luxury cars of yesteryear, including the supercars of the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
Its exterior, too, is a direct homage to the 1950’s, including its “roadsters” and “beams”.
Mercedes said it chose the name Rogue because it is a reference to the family’s origins.
The Rogue family’s name was chosen as a nod “to the heritage of the Rogue, and the Rogue lineage, which stretches back to the days of the ’60s and ’70s, when the brand’s founder, Mercedes Benz, first unveiled its signature roadster, the B18.”
The Rogue family is the second of two new supercars the company is planning to release in the first quarter of 2019.
The first car is the Rogue 2, which will be released in the United States and Europe next year.
It will be powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine that produces a combined 332 horsepower (227 kW) and a power output of 315 kilowatts (560 Nm).
It is designed for sporty driving.
The second new supercar is the “Rogue 2X” that will be unveiled in the second quarter of 2020.
It is based on the Rogue II, and will be equipped with a 1,300-horsepower (1,200 kW) turbocharged, six-cylinder engine, delivering a combined 343 horsepower (235 kW) in a 2,200-horse (2,900-km) powertrain.
Merck’s most advanced car in a generation is the $180,000 Rogue X, a car designed to be the ultimate in performance for a sporty driver.
The X features a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and a three-speed manual gearbox, making it the most powerful and most fun-to-drive roadster available in the segment.
Merkel, which bought the Rogue brand in 2014 for around $9 billion, is trying to shift its focus away from its supercars.
In an attempt to get back to luxury, it has introduced a range of other models, including SUVs, sports utility vehicles, trucks and sport utility vehicles.
But it is still a big car.
The new class of vehicles is expected to cost between $80,000 and $100,000.
Merlin’s plan is to sell as many as 40,000 vehicles a year in its US, European and Latin American markets.
The company said in a statement that the Rogue class is the most advanced in a class of luxury cars in its class.
It includes two cars that will compete in the 2018 New York Auto Show, the Rogue Sport and Rogue Legacy, and an SUV that will debut at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show.
Merchamps goal is to become the first automaker in the world to sell 500,000 cars in a year, the statement said.
Merks CEO Klaus Oberkochen said in an interview with Auto Express magazine that the company was aiming for “a milestone in the history of luxury car sales”.
The company has invested billions in its business and marketing efforts, making sure that the brand is well positioned to reach its targets, he said.
