Glass blowing classes for girls, which will be introduced in May, will help them to improve their knowledge about milk production and to understand how milk is processed.
The classes will be held at the Milk Processing School of the District of Kolkata.

In its latest batch, it has taught Class 4 Milk Calculation.
Class 4 is a specialisation in milk processing that has a number of components such as milk processing machines, milk powder dispensers, milk grinding machines, measuring equipment, milk bags, creamers, cheese and creamers.
The milk is divided into five categories and there are different categories for the different milk types and different kinds of milk.
The MPS, which has been running for five years, is a multi school that teaches the science and technology of milk production to students from all across the state.
The Milk Processing Society of India (MOSI) is a registered charity, which aims at providing milk education in the state for the children from disadvantaged sections.
The society also aims at making milk available for all people.
